Default Suspension Help.. best way to raise the rear?

I just finished my TH400 conversion, and want to run 28" rear tires instead of 26's. My car was low (previous owner setup) I never knew exactly why. So, in an effort to lift the rear up for the peoper geometry and to fit the 28's... I put a set of stock springs from a 2000 SS along with stock isolators back in. (it had the hose mod before). I put the 28's on and put the car on the ground. It sits a lot lower than I expected. I do still have some car audio gear in the rear, but not a lot. I wouldnt think it would make that much of a difference.

It must be my perches? I have a Moser 9" and QA1 adjustable shocks and stock springs (now) in the rear.

Whats the best way to raise the rear of the car? Aside from rewelding the perches higher on the axle?
-Airbags?
-Spacers on the perches?
-Taller springs? if so, who makes them?

My fender height is 28" and I have 1.5" between the top of the tire and the bottom edge of the fender.

Any advice would be awesome. Thanks.

Coilovers? Not cheap, but it allows all the adjustment you'd need.

my car sit about 1.5" above my m/t radials. with the BMR Anti roll bar, i have no problems, even when the front comes up on the launch. i have cheap Comp Engineering rear shocks set on the stiffest setting.
