Hey, I pulled out my battery the other day and found the side of the base had broke off. Anyone know someone parting out a car or a place that sells this part? Please help!

Yea, its molded in to the coolant reservoir. When you install the new one, be sure to wash it out with dish washing detergent to get any loose flash out of the new tank. (It should come with instructions to that effect. (Its also really easy to install. Just take out the overflow tube and a couple of screws.)
