Default starter hookup?

Hi Guys,

There is a small cable with an eye that I hooked up to the small terminal, a large keyed eye that obviously went to the large terminal, then there is another large one... does that go on top of the other or is that a ground to the block?

Thanks!

Thanks.
I just put the motor back in and out of that lead of the harness, there is a third. Can someone verify this is a ground? If so, where on the block would this attatch?

There is a hole at the rear unused motor mount boss.... hmmmm.

Thank you!

If it's a large black wire with an uninsulated crimped lug on it, it is a ground.
