Does it matter which is which? I don't see how it could...

Look at your stock water pump - the hoses are different diameters, and the corresponding nipples will be apparent when you look at them. I just made sure the sizes/locations matched between the two (the stock and EWP), and that was it.

I haven't had the stocker in three years, I'm just putting a new motor in... I'll look for a size difference, thanks!
