Default Reverse lockout Solenoid..

Does anybody know if you have to pull the tranny down to replace it or can you go under the car or possibly take the center console and do it from there? my i keep blowing fuses and my reverse lockout solenoid goes out any help would be appreciated thanks

You can do it from under the car, but you may have to tilt it down some by removing the Xmem and shifter. There's just one 13mm bolt that holds it to the LHS of the shifter area of the trans. Depending on your Exh setup, you might have to lower it to get access to the solenoid.

Have you verified that it's blowing the fuse, by unhooking the electrical connector from it?
