Default Need Help!!!!!!

I recently bought a F.A.S.T 92mm intake and PTM 92mm throttle body. I am having a problem with it hanging up. i have put a brand new sensors for the throttle body.and i have also put a new throttle cable on it and its not to tight.i have no vaccuum leak or there is nothing wrong with the tune. i have ajusted the blade on the tb and got it centered up. the car cranks and idles just fine but when u rev it up or driving and let off of the gas the RPMs stay at 1500-1700. if you grab the tb and turn it back it will go back down. i have went through 4 tps b/c i thought they were bad. so any advice will be good.

some aftermarket tbs have a problem with sticking, was yours new. also make sure to get a delco or wells map sensor. i bought a brand new borg warner tps and it read 2% at idle with the throttle closed. i have also seen problems with standard.
