Default Head thread help

I have TPiS Modified AFR heads and Dynatech LT Headers. Someone before me managed to strip the threads in the head for my passenger rear manifold bolt. The bolt IS NOT in the hole...but I am unable to get one in due to the severity of the thread damage. Is it possible to tap that and re-thread it with the engine in and head still on the car? Or would it be impossible? I need to get this dam exhaust leak fixed!

You could try to...but your best bet, unfortunately, is to remove the head and either take it into a machine shop or install a helicoil yourself.
