I will be swaping out my 3.8 for a 5.3 once thats done I have a 4L60E off of a 2000 Z28 will the connectors and the linkage be the same or what will I have to change.

The Car is a 98 camaro v6 3.8l, that is what the engine and tranny are going into

Yes all the electrical conectors and linkage will be the same.
