Default Trouble hooking consistently

I bracket race my car and the last two weeks i have lost for the same reason. My car will be deadly consistant off the line then all of a sudden spin the tires all the way through 1st gear and I will lose .15-.2 in the 60'. Last weekend i ran 5 consecutive 1.73 60's then it spun and went 1.87. Anybody have any idea why it will spin so badly or a way to cure this?

heres my setup:
3600 stall converter
stock 3.23 gears
adj lca's and relo brackets set to lowest hole
26"x10" MT ET street radials
launch at about 1700-1800 rpms

thanks in advance

Dial up lol. Track goes away as it gets later in the night. I had the same crap happen to me all of last season. I think front shocks to loosen it up for weight transfer and remove the front sway bar will help.

Off topic, how much grinding did you have to do on your breaks for the wheels to fit?

Last week I raced at Trails so it fell off in the middle of the afternoon. I may try removing the swaybar.

The fronts didnt require any at all. The rears didnt take too much. Prob about 15 min of grinding on each side and it was good.

Also, move your LCA's to the middle hole. You may be getting too much antisquat causing your rear to unload. Your really shooting for about -1 degree
