Default drivers air bag removal any how to's?

anyone have a write up or advice on removing the drivers air bag?

In my camaro, there are four hex bolts on the backside of the middle of the steering wheel, unscrew those and it will fall out, then unplug the air bag.

For safety make sure you disconnect the battery to make sure it doesn't blow.

can you take the airbag out and put the cover back on the wheel and it still look correct?

No, the cover you speak of is part of the airbag.
