Default Knocking after Header install

I have noticed a knocking coming from underneath (sounds like its under the center console) sometimes under hard acceleration ever since my LTs were installed I thought it was the exhaust banging underneath the car but its pretty snug anybody else have this or know how to fix it

it's the y slapping your floor pan. Did you change the mounts to poly when you were in there??? If not that is why its hitting.

yeah, if you leave the stockers in there the motor moves around to much and causes your y to bang. most people change out the rubber in the clams to poly to prevent the motor from moving too much.

on my 98 i put in polys and then adjusted my y-pipe ( it was from texas speed. 4pcs). Loosened all the connections stuck a 5/8 socket between the y and floor pan under drivers side. then jacked up on the I-pipe and tightened everything up. Sometimes it takes awhile to tweak them but when i did all that I never had a problem again.
