Default cam 114+4 what does that mean?

Sorry if it's a stupid question but cam specs other than basic lift, duration is way over my head.
221/221 561/561 114+4

what kind of idle and powerband would this cam have on a stock LS1?

Thanks for the help.

114 is the lobe separation angle(LSA) and +4 means there is 4 degrees of advance ground into the cam. The wider the LSA the less valve overlap you have. The idle will be smooth with a slightly noticeable lope and it will have a broad smooth powerband(1500-6500RPM).

sounds like a good cam for forced induction, do you think it will work with LS6 yellow springs?

I don't remember LS6 spring specs but I think you are pushing it. Look at some PAC 1218's
