Default Lets try this again. What cam should I use?

This is what I am building:

6.0l diamond pistons std. bore callies or eagle rods std. stroke.
317 heads-ported/polished for now. Will do bigger valves later.
Precision PT88- 88mm compressor wheel, 94mm turbine wheel with .96A/R
4l80e trans. 3500 stahl. Probally will use lockup if that matters.
AWD 3.42 gears.

I need to know what would be the best cam for the setup. I want it aggressive(lumpy). Please help. Also what would be some good rockers for this.

If you need any other information. Please let me know. Oh yeah HP range hopefully 1000-1200.

Thanks,
Jason

For a topic that has been done to death, and there are literally dozens...if not more camshafts that would fulfill your requirements.

You may want to consider cylinder head/head gasket sealing first though.

Call one (or more) of our supporting sponsors that specialize in Turbos. They will get you a cam matched to your combo...

I personally deal with Shawn @ Va Speed

Comp has FI cams on the shelf. Call them. I intend to forge my bottom end and throw on some AFR heads. At that time, I intend to use something in the 230/230 59x/59x 115 LSA or there abouts. The 317 heads seem to respond well to LS6 and LS7 stock cam profiles from what I have seen.

Our blower cam will do a really good job for you, plus it has a great sounding idle.
