Default First time removing LS1/M6, have questions

Hey guys, I'm pulling the motor on my 02 Camaro Z and it's an M6. This is my first time pulling an LS1 with a manual tranny and I'm ready to pull everything put noticed this hydraulic line. How do I remove it so that I can finish pulling the motor/trans?

Remove the line from slave cylinder. I use a pair of long needle nose plyers to evenly push the release tab in on the slave cylinder

Yeah, just push the tab in and pull out on the line. It'll come out

Yep, do as these guys mentioned. You'll want to bleed the hydraulics once you re-install the engine and tranny to get rid of any air bubbles that might have entered the system when disconnecting that line.
