There really is no feeling like finally owning your own house and having a garage! Congrats!

I've never understood why people will buy a house with a garage and use the garage for storage or turn it into a room. It's my car's bedroom and I'll be damned if it's turned into anything else!

thats what my lil brother another freind of mine and my dad do. they fill the garage with junk or use it as a hangout room.

the garage is clean because we just moved in lol but i think everyone thought i bought this house..i'm still in college and am leasing the house for the next 2 yrs, which quite possibly may turn into me trying to buy it but for now i'm just the lease holder.

i'm still proud of getting the house though, doing all the stuff by myself and setting up the appointments and doing the negotiations of price and everything was a bit stressful but i was able to pull it off. came close to not getting the house but i really wanted it so i worked hard for it imo. 4 bed/ 2.5 bath, 2 car garage, big backyard and a really cool kitchen set up. hope yall aren't disappointed that i don't own the home
