The best you can get would be either the American Racing system or the LG Pro's. Both are quality builds and fit like gloves.
American Racing have shorther primarys that make more power up top, while the LG's have longer primaries and will make more torque down low.
Both are not cheap and will set you back $$$$. I spent the money on ARH and it was worth every penny.
For a quality budget build, look into the LG streets. Good quality with a slight loss of performance. Clamps that come with the kit suck, so be prepared to buy all new band clamps.

Expensive: LG Streets: 1 3/4" primaries and come with 2 1/2 inch X-mid pipes.
LG Pros: 1 3/4" primaries with 3" X-mid pipes.
LG Super Pros: 1 7/8" with 3" X-mid pipes
ARH has both 1 3/4 and 1 7/8" options as well.
TSPs are good from what I hear and cheaper. Mild steel construction and I think they fixed the issues with o2 sensor fitment. You'd have to double check.
Others that I don't know anything about: TPIS, OBX, and I think a couple more.
