Default Questions about Rockers and Injectors

I may have a leaky injector so I am going to replace the reman. ones that are on the car now. I was wondering what everyone would recommend for a cam-only car that would still have a little room to grow.

Also I would like to put some roller tipped rockers on as well and was wondering what a good brand would be and if anyone could give me any tips to make the process easier on both installs. Thanks for reading Wade

Use the stock rockers!

You will probably get different advice from others.

If you feel that you must spend money on rockers, have Harland Sharp upgrade the trunnions and bearings in your stockers for about $260.

My $.02

Call Jon at FIC, a sponsor on here, and he will hook you up with the right ones. Don't drink the kool aid on here and just get the 42's, you don't need that much.

LOL!

You'll never guess who taught me this, Matt.

OK if I quote this on that other place?

The whole reason for the rockers is the article i read in GMHTP about the stockers only being good till about .550 lift, what do yall think about that??

I think GMHTP is trying to sell some rokcers for their sponsors... GM heads have hard ductile iron guide and are pretty tough. Aftermarket heads yes on rockers imo.

Do a search, there was a thread that went on for pages about that article. It is basically a bunch of crap about the stock rockers failing at that lift. Now, if you just feel like helping out the economy, knock yourself out and but some rockers, some sponsor on here will be happy.
