I am not trying to be rude, but this dealer will sell it to anyone that comes on their website for that price.

From what I understand, this will fit with the stock GM hood. It's good to see someone's local dealer step up and offer good pricing. I would be happy to match that pricing for you if you are interested.

The raised WS6 lower airbox will NOT clear non WS6 hoods

I would bet that they don't have any in stock though. I went to a dealership in Wichita falls where I get wholesale and they did a statewide check and couldn't find any available. I then went to gmpartsdirect and they sent me an email stating that it is on national backorder and they cannot get them. From what I understand GM has just discontinued this piece. So I would get them while you can from partstaxi before they're out otherwise your going to wind up paying suggested retail $175 from others. Like the guy who posted up in the classified section saying he has the last few. I think he actually sold 3 at retail. It's a shame they didn't see this thread.

I had a dealership about an hour away check and they couldn't find any in Texas. I believed you that's why I snagged one up.
