If you were in Houston I have really good dentist, and he is reasonable. Another option is the UTMB Dental school they have one here in Houston, maybe check if they have one in Fort Worth they are very cheap, and yes its students but they are closely watched while working.

baylor dental college does stuff for really cheap but it's difficult to get in there but you might check them out

not really any help but my brother got work done at utsa for pretty cheap. i just spent 440$ a couple weeks ago at the dentist and going back friday for another 500$ with insurance. I heard down in mexico its pretty cheap but you gotta know somebody haha
