Default Suddle Rattle in motion

I just noticed a new sound this morning. Its not real loud but iritating. I think ive read about it before but cant find it with the search function. At first I thought I was dragging something. Now it sounds more like a pebble in a can. Starts as soon as my wheels rotate. You think its the rear end. My back plate is kind of goopy.

Sounds like a wheel bearing or dragging caliper to me. Jack up the rear end and spin both wheels to locate the noise.
