Manifold Install help
I installed a ls6 manifold, ported tb, and egr delete I broke the stock oil sending unit as expected.
I put the replacement on then hooked everything back up no problems. When I started the car it idled fine, but my oil pressure gauge is pegged all the way to the right.
Is it possible I broke it upon reinstallation? How bad is it if the car is driven with a broken OSU? I took it around the block let it sit had absolutely no oil spilled anywhere. Also checked the oil and levels were completely fine.

Yeah worst location to ever put that weak of a part. I snaked the line around the unit just like ls1howto said. I believe it is broken so back to the drawing board.
Does anyone know the effect of drving the car with a broke oil pressure sending unit? The car isn't leaking any oil and is at the exact rpm at idle then before install.
