Default Caprice SS 5.7 Cam

I want ur advice on this cam guys...Duration 228/224 lift .548/.524 114 LSA good numbers? does it need springs and pushrods? will it do any damage to stock heads?

stock springs won't handle the lift
LS6 springs would...barely

can't tell if it needs new pushrods...is it stock base circle? although upgrading to hardened PRs would be adviseable while its apart.

and how would a relatively small cam damage heads?


to me, unless the cam is REALLY well priced...there are better choices out there.
