misfire after intake swap

misfire after intake swap i need some help last year i put a fast 90 and 42lb injectors on my car ran great but once it got hot it had a high pich noise at idle so last week i pulled my intake to find the map sensor was lose so i fixxed that and while i had the intake off i decide to paint my valve covers, well i out everthing back togather last night and started the car when it started it it had a miss and when you rev it up it stumbles and then picks up, when all this started all i had was a heat gun all header tubes were 190-210 except #5 and #6 the were around 275-325 any ideas?? its a heads and cam car with tr7 plugs msd wires, dont know what else to do

Sounds like its only running on 5 and 6 if thats even possible, I know they can run on 3, ask me how I know..... Check your plug wires make there on the plugs and coils good and also check the connectors on the coils and the 2 big white ones that go to the coil harnesses.

ive checked all that twice all of its good and connected were can i find a pic of what all the wires on the coil harness go to, i want to ck all these wires
