Default blown lt1 tune

I have a 1997 z28 that im going to tune myself. i have jet DST to tune it with but i have never tuned a car before so im a total noob. i want a really safe tune. i will be running 5-7 psi without a intercooler on a stock motor. what kind of timing should i start with and AF? any info you have will help also. thanks

11.8 - 12.0 WOT and take a bunch of timing out

ok were is a good please to start with the timing? im from cali so 91 octane
