Default ruff racing wheels question

i have a set of ruff racing 278 18 9.5" 18 8.5" they came with 4 small plactic spacers type pieces. Do i need to use these are they optional, what are they supposed to do.

There hubcentric rings most likely. Look like these?

when i got mine they came with hub centric rings, yes you need them, the rims are technically a little of the proper bolt pattern and this will correct them

ok thanks, just fit them on the rim and slide it on?

Yep, that's the basic idea. They take up the space between the hub and wheel bore.

i didnt use mine b/c they kept screwing up the alignment of my rims for some reason
