It comes to this, on street car (non race only, non carb style) manifolds. which looking at your combination is all you need.. The FAST LSX makes the most power, the LS6 is cheaper and makes less power. the LS1 and LS2 are the worst two intakes, don't be fooled by the 90mm on the LS2, its still crappy. Almost every other aftermarket intake keeps up with the LS6 intake. Its what I have seen with my own eyes and during research on here.
If you can afford the FAST, get it. If your on a budget, stick with the LS6.
My personal LQ9, 196/208 .469/.479(super small cam), with LS2 heads and LS2 intake gained 21 rwhp with changing only the intake, an out of the box FAST LSX. My testing was done on the same dyno, same day, same hour, same 90mm DBW throttle body. Real data, most don't understand the difference and how dyno correction factors work and don't work. I gained everywhere, and it was an amazing difference driving too. Its worth every cent IMO.

thread one
thread two, more discussion
233/233 cam, stock heads, ls6 intake, ported TB...switched to home ported FAST 90/90.
18hp, 12ftlbs
lowered peak torque by 500rpm
gained 5-10hp and torque from 3000rpm and up
cam still peaks at 6300rpm, so you don't have to be spinning to heaven to use the power
same day, same dyno, tweaked the tune before the swap, and after the swap.
ported the intake at home with a dremel, never pulled it appart, only what i could reach from the outside.
worth every penny.

Look in the dyno section. There is a active post on a 4 barrel throttle body dyno numbers. Guys are picking up 30-50 rwhp on a victor jr intake with just swaping the elbow for a carb style throttle body alone.
Victor jr. intake with a 4150-4500 throttle body will destroy a FAST intake hands down but you have to have hood clearace and do some cutting to the cowl to make them fit and that is what road blocks some guys and they settle for a FAST intake. The FAST is a nice intake!
It would be nice to see a test between a FAST 92 setup Vs. Victor Jr w/4150 throttle body like mine.
