Everytime I go through the gears really good and wind it out from 1st through 4th (sometimes it takes two times but usually just once will do) The clutch pedal will be nearly on the floor before I feel any pressure/disengagement. Any ideas as to what the cause of this could be?

Try flushing out your clutch hydraulics. The fluid is probably contaminated/cooked. You can also try the drill mod. If that doent take care of your problem, I would start looking at replacing your master cylinder.
