Cant find hanger part#, pic inside I've looked everywhere, trying to find a part# listing for this diagram.
I need #13, #14, #15, and #16... if anybody can help me out or point me in the right direction, that'd be great.

Your best bet would be printing that diagram and taking it to a dealer. Whether you buy it from them or not least you get the part number.
