Forged pistons?

Forged pistons? How can I tell if these LT1 pistons are forged or not? I was told they were stock size forged pistons (they came as extras w/ a long block I purchased). The numbers are not giving me any info. other than that they are Mahle pistons. The numbers on the underside of the piston are 101ST7....101V13....G8011.
