Default Any suggestions on an air intake set up?

I have a 97 ramair ta. It has the complete stock set up. It just looks so restrictive. The bellow is ribbed so bad and so out of direct line with the throttle body to the mass air that it makes me wonder how the damn thing even runs. I can understand that factory set up im sure it would be fine but I have cam, head work, and full exhaust. So with that being said im sure I would see some decent improvements with an aftermarket set up. Any suggestions???

I have a K&N FIPK and ceramic Trick Flow intake elbow. I did both at the same time and descreened the MAF (not recommended). I noticed a small increase in power and you can really hear it suck in air. The filter install was a PITA in my fbody, though.

Some claim ram air is better, but idk. My car is pre-ram air so I just went the optimal route for me.

The stock ram air setup is actually one of the best. Ed Wright has run 9's with the stock ram air intake. Alot of guys swap out the stock bellow with a smooth bellow. Maybe free up a few HP. You can get them at home depot. Look for a fernco coupler. Or you can buy from www.racepartsolutions.com They sell all sorts of couplers. You need a 4 inch to 3.5 inch. I think they're around 20 bucks or so. The ferco couplers are cheaper but the other ones are better looking.

On a 97??? If so you'd need the whole LS1 setup. But I don't think that would outperform the ram air by much if at all.
