Vibration in the shifter. Please help!

Default Vibration in the shifter. Please help!
Under power I feel a vibration in the shifter??? Also the clutch "catches" way at the top of it's travel......any sugggestion?

how old is the clutch? and now many miles?

Stock clutch.....37000 miles...I just it with 34000.
