Default Purge Solenoid leaking - 56k=death!

Ok purge solenoid WAS working great, then the 'noid started leaking down the purge line. (Not around where the fitting screws in, but rather leaking into the inside of the puge line. Testing with soapy water at the fitting confirmed this.)

This is a dynotune purge solenoid:











So is the wear ring on plastic on the pluger SUPPOSED to be that depressed relative to the surface?

Also, just how tight should everything be torqued back into place? Upon disassembly everything was literally finger tight.
