Wrap the crosspipe in header wrap or some of that Thermo-Tec insulating tape (on the swaybar side), no problems then. Easy fix and it will help spool faster too. It's not like those temps are going to make the swaybar lose its temper or anything, maybe damage the bushings over time.

Hard to say... it always costs more than if you could do it yourself... but it cant imagine it would be terrible to just get a little more room...
