Jeremy Formato Tuning and Porting in Gettysburg PA June 13-20th Hey everyone. Jeremy will be in Gettysburg PA @ Keiths PitStop Tuning and porting from June 13-20th.
The cost of tuning is $400 + 75hr for the dyno. If you are just looking for a street tune he can also do that for $300 w/ WB o2. We work very hard on each and every vehicle until every customer is happy and the vehicle is spot on.
We will have ported LS2/LS7 Intake manifolds for $300 and the LS2/LS7 throttle bodys for $150 all readily available. When they are done together it is discounted to $400. Installation is free!
The typical gains on the LS2 Intake manifold porting is 11rwhp/13rwtq. Porting the TB is a very nice SOTP difference, You will not see much of a gain on the dyno but your vehicle will be 10x more fun to drive and your throttle response will be greatly increased.
Porting the LS1 TB's is $100 installed. This will also greatly improve your throttle response. This is all on a core exchange basis.
If anyone is interested in having any headers or other work, we can get that done with enough notice, please call the shop to schedule an appt for this. We do have parts in stk.
We will be requiring a $100 deposit to hold the spots.

Here are some graphs of some cars that we dynoed, tuned, and swapped the intakes and TBs. Some are direct A-B swaps and show the results. Some are Base runs then a rough tune and then we swap the intake and TB, and then fully optimize the tune.
1st is a Stk 07 LS7 ported and tuned: 1st is base, 2nd is base tune, 3rd is ported and tuned completely.
Here is a bolt-on 07 LS7 (w/ headers CA)I base tune and then ported and tuned.
Here are two C6 LS2's with just cai and cat backs before and after tune and Ported intake and TB:
383 LS6 to ported FAST and nice set of heads:
408 LS6 to ported FAST:
Obviously the larger motors wanted the larger manifold more than a smaller motor but we have had an LS2 with one of our ported LS2s on it Put a ported FAST on there and pick up 22RWHP and 30RWTQ on a 6L bolt-on 07 vette

Just wanted all to know that we do FREE installs on the intakes and throttle bodies.
We tune all the base fuel maps of every vehicle that applies, to offer the most thorough tune for the dollar. We are very aggressive but not to the point of sacrificing the longevity of any component.
We are porting all of Texas speeds FAST manifolds and have been doing so for about 4 months. If you guys would like to send us a manifold or TB we can send it back to you within 2-3 days.
We can install Heads, cams, headers, exhausts, etc. We have Ported heads on the shelf that we can mill to a desired compression ratio. The Labor rates are very competitive please call for pricing 813-495-8778.
We have parts on the shelf for many different applications.
-Vararam CAIs G8, LS2 and LS3 vette.
-Camshafts, springs, ported heads
-C5 modified shifters
-GTO Custom CAI

Im in for this saturday the 13th Im in for saturday guys at 1;30pm. Ive talked to quit a few guys about Jerremy's work and cant wait! I talked with the guy on the phone all this week and i gotta say he knows his **** LOL If anybodys on the fence about getting their cars tunned or tweaked abit LOOK NO FURTHER LOL Ive had 3 of my buddys from down this way have their cars tunned by this guy and no problems at all!!! Cars are all still running top notch 
I was told by Jerremy the SD tune is $475 which is alittle more then the $400 mass air tune because of the added time to do it, but from what ive read and from what everybody else on this site has said ,Speed Density is the way to go especally when FI tunning!

RiceeaterZ-Yes this we do mail in porting. $80. for LS1, Yes we do the bump stop, the other stuf does not gain any power we have tested it numerous times on the dyno. You will have greatly improved throttle response and a better tq feel in the bottom and mid range.

how much extra would a polish be for a ls1 78? I will be sending it out as soon as I figure out what i'm going with, will sharpie initials be suffiecient to denote I want that one back? I'll add on 10.50 for priority return shipping since it'll fit in a med. priority flat rate box or smaller.
