Any Tuning available in NorCal?

I would like my '00 Z28 to pass smog and I have the EGR removed with the SES light on. Can anyone help with the tuning which can help me pass?

I get my car tuned at Synergy motorsports. They're in Newark so theyre not to far from you. Give Rick a call and see what he says.
