LT1 Double roller timing help!
What is the part number for the best double roller timing setup for the lt1 with the electric water pump and are there any thrust bearings or other components needed to make this change?
Thanks for the help guys!

If you have a splined opti, I don't think you have much options then to convert to a vented opti and use the above.

Your options for timing sets depends on your year, more specifically, whether or not you are using a vented opti. If you have a vented opti, you can use the Coyles 3146 Double roller. You will have to remove the reluctor ring if you have a '96-'97 OBDII car and you have to use the '96-'97 crank hub (shorter). You have to use an EWP (but you have that already).

9-3145 is what most LT1 people run for a Cloyes double roller.

I am going with an SA Gear Double roller timing setup for roller cams PN (SA-78150) and Professional products SFI LT1 Damper with hub and woodruff key Do you think these will mesh properly? What is the difference between the hubs as far as from 95 to a 96-97?

93-95 hubs are longer than 96-97 hubs because there is no crank sensor. On 96-97s the reluctor for the crank sensor sits between the hub and the crank gear, taking up space. They shortened the hub to keep all the accessory pulleys aligned.

I'm using the Rollmaster billet double roller timing set with a clearenced 95 timing cover and I'm going with either the Jeg's sfi balancer or the Professional Products balancer.
