Default Circle Track Tires Question???

So I came across a set of Circle Track Tires at work. 27x11-15. They are a little used, but still seem to be in ok shape. They were used in the taco truck series at Irwindale.

Question 1: Would it be worth using them as Drag tires? I mean they are free And it would spare my SPT's from getting ripped up in the burnout box.
Question 2: I know the 15's i have fit in a M/T ET street 26x11.5-15, BUT!!!! Sense they are 2 different tires. Will I be able to fit the 8.5" wide wheel in a 11" rated tire?

Thanks,
Nick

Well a 275 is 10.83 inches wide. And a 11 inch wide is 279.9 so that's 4.9mm I'm sure you can get away from it. There's a lot of guys on the issf running a 285 which is 11.22inches on the 8.5 so yes you can lol sorry for the math lesson.

circle track slicks work great for drag racing IF your car is less then 400 rwhp and your on a actual track
i was able to cut 1.7 60 ft on a 27 x8 circle track tire, hooking even with a 5k clutch dump!
this was with only bolt ons
