Lowering springs up front with stockers out back???

Lowering springs up front with stockers out back??? I tried this question twice in another section with no help. Is is ok to use the hypercoils up front and put the stockers back in the rear? I am looking to upgrade the rest of my rear susp for the track with some BMR rod ended lca and a set of dual adj Strange shocks. Not sure if I should just leave the car lowered all the way around or put the stock springs back in. I am going to finish the front susp at a later date with some better springs/shocks. Let me know what you guys think.
