Default A/C compressor oil

I changed the A/C compressor on my wifes car. I got a used compressor, and I dumped out the oil that was in it to see how much was there. I got about a spoon full of it. I didnt try slowly turning the compressor around to see if any more oil would drain out. Does anyone know if it would have, or did I get it all?? I then added a little over an ounce of oil to the compressor after I mounted it to the engine and before I connected the lines.

Also, when I pull a vacuum on the system, will that pull any oil out of the system or will it stay??

I think it'll stay, that vacuum is very light, its not like its a hard core sucking of the system. Its very light. Just put refridgerant in that contains oil in it to be sure you get enough in there.
