coolant sensor 3 wire

I need a 3 wire coolant sensor to use the ls1 gauge cluster. Does anyone know what year car these come in i cant seem to find anything but the 2 wire

The 98 camaro and firebird are 3 wire, but I know that autozone has the wrong sender listed, they list the 2 wire. I`m not sure if the rest of the chain stores have the wrong one listed too?

GM part # 12551708. Wire it in with a 3-Wire Connector, bottom 2 wires are the same, 3rd goes to the Gauges.

Standard brand TX111 is what I used
