Western Members - Need somewhere to work on my car (in SFV)

I need a place to work on my car. My apartment admin has already hassled me about doing it here, so it's out of the question. This isn't little stuff either, I need to pull the motor out of my wrecked car. But I'm just pulling it, not swapping or anything.

So does anyone know somewhere in the San Fernando Valley that I can do this? Like a storage unit that allows working on cars, a garage for rent, etc.
