Default Frame Horns (!bumper support)

Anyone have any pictures of how much frame they removed with the frame horns? I don't want to have to weld in the radiator support.

Also, Does an angle grinder get the job done?

Thanks

Mine are cut right behind the bumper support brackets and they weighed about 5# for the pair. Angle grinder works. I used a sawzall and then cleaned the frame up with a grinder and welded a thin plate back to the frame to cap it.

I just finally did this mod this weekend, i cut back far enough to get the horns, but not so far i needed any core support welding or mods. The horns themselfs weight about 7.5lbs for the pair.

I have mine, But I saw I think it was SUX2BU lopped off the front. The looks light on the top cut a angle them back about another 4-5inchs. The down the outside of the back. Might need a plasma cutter or some cmall cutoff wheels. it it was a bunch more metal.
