Default My LQ4 turned out to be a LQ9

I brought home the LQ engine today from my buddy's for my mustang. I thought it was a LQ4 but when I pulled the head here is what I found!

Now I'm gonna slap on my cnc ported 853's, find a cam, victor junior intake and a carb!

The last picture is exactly what it looked like when I pulled the head off!

The passenger side had some carbon buildup but it wiped right off, the drivers side was spotless.. Not sure how that happened.

even though they used the 317 heads on an LQ9, i would like to see a pic of the exhaust side of the head that came off, if it has the "V" shapes on it
engine looks clean
thanks
