Default useing the tach and speedo in 2nd gen TA
im putting a 5.3 in a 1980 ta with a 700r4 my question is can i use the factory tack and speedo or do i have to switch over to autometer gauges?

The tach will work fine, just recalibrate the tach output in the PCM. The speedo will work with a 700r4 as it still has a mechanical speedo. You were asking about a 700r4 not a 4l60e right?
