grind going into 2nd and 4th....

Default grind going into 2nd and 4th....

so i was driving out to my dads today, cruising on the interstate i get off and pull up to a stop light when i started going i went to about 15mph in first and went to shift in to 2nd in just grind so bad i could feel it in my goodies so i try it again and it does the samething so i say **** it and drive on to 3rd gear everything is smooth as can be, then when i go to shift into 4th gear it does the same thing.... WHAT IS GOING ON PLEASE HELP ANYONE

I'm not up on stick shifts...but my guess would be the synchros.

last night it was fine.... but i notice when i get higher rpms in first and went to slam it in second it would grind then i would have to put it in.... then when the rpms built in 2nd it would stick and not want to go to third.

not sure on that buts its most likely the synchros.

how many miles are on the hydraulics? your master cylinder could be going out. i have the same problem with my car. There's 120k on the original master/slave from what ive been told

yeah how much does a new slave/master usually run...... an even better question how much does a it cost to fix a synchro gone bad......

not sure about the synchros, and scoggins dickey has them both for around $145

if the shop i took it to installed the clutch wrong is there something that can go wrong... because my car didnt make any of these problems till i got a clutch put in about 150 miles ago

the car has 56k, the clutch has 114 miles on it.......

it was the master cylinder..... i guess the siad i wasnt building pressure.......

thats good, I was having kinda the same problem going into second. Im gonna try and bleed the slave cylinder some more.
