Default Help me out!!! Clutch problems (after my dad borrowed car)

I let my dad borrow my SS last night, has a newer clutch with less than 5K, new master, new slave, NEW EVERYTHING! Never had ANY problem with the clutch before. He dropped the car off at my house last night, and when i went to move it this morning. The clutch starts to grab ALOT higher up than it did and it slips REALLY bad. The pedal feels softer than it did, like 2 times softer, but still seems to have the same "feel" JUST softer. No noises, no leaks, no seeping, fluid is full, fluid is clean. WTH would cause that??? I would hate to pull the tranny back out.....I'm hoping maybe the master, or for some reason i need an adjustable one overnight? The car was perfect when i gave him the car, now i can't move it out of the driveway! I'll be working on cars most this weekend. Call me if you can/would (or post here as well) 816-786-5176 Dave THNKS!!!
