Ooh ooh! Is this the same Z28 that was spoken about in "almost 12's" in the noobie section a month or two back? The one with ET streets, 3.73's, AND a converter that STILL can't run 12's? This is your buddy's car right? Is he running on 7 cylinders or something?

Yeah it is. It has ran a best of a 13.05@100 on the brakes. With a 1.763 60ft. I dont think thats to bad for no suspension work. Why do people talk bad on other peoples cars if its not as fast as theirs? I dont get it, you gotta start somewhere.

True Chris but I wish I would have known it was basically a stock time,I would'nt have loaded the video.Those guys must be at a high elevation,something is very wrong with that car,or the driver is new to racing.With a 1.76 60 ft it should run mid-12s.

Nope not driver error, i ran his car and it ran the same. Its still has the factory cats. Its an auto also, people act like it so hard to drive. Elevation is 800ft.

Does the car have any mods.A friend of mine has a 2000 WS6 that went 13.08@105mph on the factory tires completely stock at 900 ft.

Pretty much every single car at LS1Tech.com will run that number with more mph. 103mph is horrible for a modded car.
I'm not being cocky either. I'm just stating the truth. FWIW, the guy looked like he got good traction out of the whole. Maybe the car is a turd or something. It should be hitting mid 12's all day long unless you're at 5,000'.

get some broadband or something so you didnt have to wait 20 minutes to download the video...now theres some money well spent.
