Head swap opinions I am about to get a set of 243 heads with Patriot Gold dual springs installed. I will be installing them on a LS1 with the stock cam. I have LT's and a catback and a tune. Should I wait to install the heads until I am ready for the cam or is it ok to go ahead and install them?

They are going into a GTO so the LS6 intake is taken care of. Wasn't expecting any big gains just wondering if the spring pressure is a bit much with the stock cam.
