Default my car RESULTS corvette 2006 F1-C

this is my car after i almost finished it
the F1-C pulley is Richered racing 3.85
i am expecting BOOST 16
but because of my blow off
i get only 12 PSI without any SLIP
thanks for A&A bracket
so 12 PSI not fulley tuned yet,,,
all tuning is on MAF
fuel injector ARE 60 .. because all of you guys know in HP tune you cant set fuel injector more then 65 HP cant read it

so WITH AFR 10 From 3500 RPM to 4750 RPM
from 4750 RPM to 5500 RPM it REACH 11.8 on 5500 RPM then start jumping UP AS LEAN
didnt finish tuning yet
got 710 RWHP trq 622

on Procharger BLOW off i had only 7 PSI
i borrowed Blow off from my friend BOSCH
it is okkay till 12 PSI ,,,
any one can help me ?
note : my blow off now is UP not DOWN LIKE NORMAL corvette
its almost like Camaro ,,, setting infront of the the throttle THANSK FOR the MEMBER NAVY he has done that for me ,, because we can see that AIR is spredding out on Dyno when the car REACH 12 PSI from the blow off

nice!

with a blower that big you should use the ATI big red race bypass valves, or a Mondo by Vortech. Im not sure which you have. You can run the bypass anywhere really, up or down,.I think thats your question

a 3.85 pulley I thought would give you more boost than that

That's the one I'm using for my build. I'm expecting 16-18# of boost out of my F1C. I purchased mine from Bob@EPP!

true,, i tried the normal blow off the one which came with procharger Kit
is gave me UP to 7 PSI and after that there was air leak from it !
then i tried Bosch the small black one ,, gave me UP to 12 PSI
and after the 12 you can hear the AIR leak from the blow off ,, guess i have to change the blow off
special thanks to
firehawk123
i would say ,, perfect tuner for this job ,,, many other companies in here SAID FOR me you cant tune your car ,, but thanks for jassim ,, you are the man ,,
around next week i will shoot my dyno Run with the Final Tune ,, and i am expecting 15 PSI to 16

wish me luck

Hi Jassim, yes the ProCharger race bypass valve is indeed what I would use. I haven't heard from you lately, I'm glad to see you're on here.
http://www.exoticperformanceplus.com...html?item=1261 Link to the race valve.

Question: How large is the air filter you are using? Too small of an air filter can cause a big restriction. To find out, try making a run without the air filter, just don't suck in any dogs or cats... lol Bob

Nice #'s so far.

Not sure what year your car is but fwiw HP tuners 2.5bar speed density and the new ford 80lb/hr injectors (about 95lb/hr @58psi) is a great combination for a forced induction C6.
