hey just wondering what everyone is runnin, large frame? medium frame?
new to this and just needing info thanks

How much power? Alot of people are running the TC76 and TC78 on street/strip cars. Above that they are moving to mid-frame's and some of the guys with death wishes are moving to large frame....LOL

ok but when i check the garrett site they dont show a midframe turbo that will support my engine size, but they have them for the large frame

s91 turbo on 383ci ls1 , makes just over 900rwhp and 900rwt at 20psi though 4l80e and 9"/.Nice little street car,with the boost turned down a few notches

im not looking for a specific turbo i am trying to find out what frame size people with front setups are running, is the s91 a medium or large frame unit

i am pretty sure my s91 turbo is still a mid frame turbo same size as a GT42 T6 turbo

this is off of the garrett site itself, this crap can be really confusing as i have only dealt with boosted hondas in the past, but the airflow required for a V8 is much greater

maybe Jose from forced inductions can verify mid or large on the s91. u looking for something that keeps ac , daily driver, or what?

im losing the A/C, truck manifold build, not daily driven but atleast 3 times a week, needs to run on pump gas 93 is what ive got here in the ATL

S91 is a medium frame, the GT88 is a mid-frame and the GT5018 is also a mid-frame.

oops I always was under the wrong impression then.... whats a large frame then? Something for the space shuttle? To exit the atmosphere?

T91-T106....thumpers. Also GT47, GT55, GT60...etc. GT50 though can be done in mid-frame and large frame.
